This pavilion was constructed using readily available and reusable materials in a public square as an attraction for the surrounding offices and general public.
This 10m diameter by 6m tall structure is situated in the plaza which is directly above a lively Liverpool Street Station, therefore the engineering challenge was to keep the weight low, whilst ensuring overall stability.
Consideration also had to be given into the installation to ensure that heavy lifting machinery would not be required.
The result is a beautiful addition to the space in time for summer!
