Quality Policy

Evolve is a structural and civil engineering consultancy specialising in buildings and civil engineering works associated with buildings.  We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality design and working collaboratively with our clients in every commission undertaken.

This Policy sets out the objective of the Organisation for achieving consistent, high quality structural and civil engineering designs and the procedures in place for maintaining standards against this. The Directors of Evolve play an active role in all projects resulting in a continual review process as designs develop.  The Company’s full commitment to the quality of our designs and the procedures put in place to comply with this Policy, are communicated strongly throughout the project. The individual’s responsibility for compliance is emphasised at the outset.

High quality design is crucial to the reputation of Evolve and we know that with a simple but formalised set of procedures; we will achieve higher standards in our documentation but also enhance our commercial success. Standardised Documents and our processes are outlined on our intranet and all employees receive an induction on commencing working with us on how to apply these Standards.

Evolve is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality designs in every commission undertaken. In order to achieve the high standards our clients expect, we recognize the necessity of Continual Professional Development for all team members.

Evolve is committed to driving continual improvement with the business, whether that is improving the management system or improving training, awareness or knowledge of employees.

The purpose of the Quality Policy is to ensure evolve achieves our objectives by:

- Designing and delivering projects that are defect free, on time and on budget.
- Maintaining personal contact with our clients.
- Developing mutually beneficial relationships with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Satisfying the applicable requirements of relevant standards.
- Monitoring and reviewing our performance to identify and implement continual improvements to our quality management system and related processes.
- Being committed to the competence, training, professionalism and wellbeing of our employees.
- Learning from experience, permanently correcting mistakes and preventing future problems and complaints.
- Communicating the requirements of our management system to our employees and others who may be affected by our activities.

This Quality policy is communicated to all employees and can be made available to interested parties (when requested) and is reviewed on an annual basis.
