Over the last 15 to 20 years, we have been fortunate to have been involved in some of the biggest timber structures in the UK and we continue to be passionate about its potential for wider use. This report is based on our research and consultation with end-users, developers, specialist contractors and consultants and collates our findings on critical topics such as embodied carbon, cost, programme, insurance and let-ability. It highlights and discusses the challenges, and offer guidance on how they can be overcome. It should provide a great reference point for anyone looking into structural timber in the logistics sector.

We held a launch event last week and were pleased to welcome a number of the contributors and interested parties to our office to present it and invite further debate. Now, we’re excited to share the full report with you all!
