Evolve welcomed Jude for work experience recently in our continuing support to help young people into our industry.  Jude was able to visit a residential refurbishment project, where we were inspecting the condition of the existing floor joists and take sizes of key structural steels, to enable us to carry out calculations and specify any repairs required. He saw first hand how Structural Engineering is far from your normal office job.

Jude commented that “I had a great time learning about structural engineering and actually being able to go to a site was really cool and informational”

We hope we have ignited the spark and Jude continues to pursue a career in the Construction industry.
