Project Engineer Matthew joined Evolve in 2023.
His career started with Hyder Consulting as a junior site engineer and document controller, before moving to Walsh and later Tyllys.
Matthew is married and has a little girl.
He plays rugby with his local club, Wasps FC, where he's been a member of the men's team for the last 16 years.
