Matteo is a Chartered Engineer with specialist expertise in high-rise buildings, seismic engineering, and design coordination alongside prestigious architectural firms.

After graduating with honors in Civil Engineering from the Università di Bologna, he worked in Italy for several years, focusing primarily on major seismic retrofit projects following the 2012 Emilia Romagna Earthquake. In 2015, he moved to the UK, where he advanced his career in London with prominent international design practices.

Matteo has a strong track record in the design and delivery of landmark projects, with experience at renowned firms such as Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and Robert Bird Group.

In 2024, he joined Evolve to further support the firm’s commitment to exceptional design as a core focus of its practice.
