Carolina is responsible for managing the financial side of the business.
After finishing her Materials Engineering degree in Venezuela, Carolina spent a year working for her father’s IT & Telecommunications company. She then lived in Dubai for six months where she worked as a freelance English-Spanish translator. Upon moving to the UK, Carolina joined Ian and Neil at Oscar Faber as their PA.
For the next eight years, Carolina became a full time mum to her two boys. She then joined Ian and Neil once again to become a valued member of the Evolve team.
In her spare time, Carolina enjoys yoga, tennis, long walks and endless time spent on river banks supporting her two sons during rowing races, no matter the weather.
Every summer she looks forward to visiting family and friends in Venezuela, and embarking on new adventures to explore the many treasures the country has to offer such as the stunning Angel Falls!
